ReplyDeleteAs a Sengkang resident, I am pleased to see such an update on how Sengkang estate has transformed from a 'no man land' to its growing population especially in recent years.
Looking at the pictures, I believe it requires lots of skill and special access to the top of flats.
I am just curious what's your profession?

DeleteNo skill and special access needed. Just need to take the lift to the highest floor, find a unblock view, normally at the staircase and with a digital camera. Only effort is to do it every weekend. Not a professional photographer.
