Rivertrees Residences (Year 2013 Week 52)

The land parcel at Fernvale Close was released for sale by HDB and URA on 15 Apr 2013. (Government To Release Four Residential Sites Estimated To Yield 1,800 Housing Units In April 2013)

The site has been awarded to FCL Topaz Pte. Ltd., Far East Orchard Limited and Sekisui House, Ltd on 14 June 2013. (Final Tender Results for Residential site at Fernvale Close)

On July 31, 2013, Far East Orchard Ltd jointly with FCL Topaz Pte. Ltd. (FCLT) and Sekisui House, Ltd. (SHL), incorporated a joint venture company named Watervine Homes Pte. Ltd.
