Fernvale Road (Parcels A & B)
On 8 Aug 2014, the Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) has awarded the tenders for the two residential sites at Fernvale Road to CEL Development Pte. Ltd. and Unique Residence Pte. Ltd.
