New Commercial Mall @ Fernvale - Expected to be Completed Coming December 2012

Beginning of the year, Earth Holdings Pte Ltd has won the top bid of $328 million to build a mall at the junction of Sengkang West Ave and Fernvale Road.

The land parcel has a site area of 8,790.3 square meters and has a maximum allowable gross floor area of 26,370.9 square meters. It is about the same size as West Mall. According to Wikipedia, West Mall has a total gross floor area of 26,300 square meters.

Referring to the information board, the proposed commerical development on lot 04682T MK20 at Sengkang West Ave / Fernvale Road is expected to be completed by December 2012  end of 2014. Piling completion by December 2012. Earth Holdings Pte Ltd has also been renamed as The Seletar Mall Pte Ltd.

Maybe the new mall will be called The Seletar Mall!?
