Location

Fernvale Palms located at Sengkang West Way is a Build-to-Order (BTO) housing development launched in 16 October 2009. It comprises of 4 residential buildings (432A-B & 433A-B), 1 multi-storey carpark (432) & 1 precinct pavilions (433).

Flat Types & Pricing

All the 4 residential buildings are standing at 27 storeys high. Flat types offered are 3-room with internal floor area of 65 square meters, 4-room with internal floor area of 90 square meters and 5-room with internal floor of 110 square meters. There are a total of 96 units of 3-room, 347 units of 4-room and 52 units of 5-room available. Indicative price range for 3-room is from $129,000 - $163,000, 4-room is from $214,000 to $262,000 and 5-room is from $282,000 - $340,000.
